Whether just getting started or wanting to take your training to another level, a personal trainer is your personal coach! Some reasons our Trainers are being used are to provide:
Youth Personal Training This program is required for any youth between the ages of 12 - 15 who would like to become a member of the club. This package consists of four, one hour personal training sessions designed specifically for youth and may include sport specific training if desired. Four 60-minute sessions: $110.00. Sport-Specific Training A strength and conditioning coach will design a program geared toward a specific sport. This program may include cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, speed/agility, plyometrics and flexibility.
